A3 Associates is a fuel supply chain company founded in 2025 to fix a problem that has quietly cost businesses for years: procurement that is messy, opaque, and expensive. We exist to make energy purchasing simple, transparent, and built for the long term.
We work at the intersection of energy markets and modern supply chain thinking — combining bulk-buying power with technology-driven tracking, so every company we serve gets clarity, not confusion, on every barrel and every delivery.
Most small and mid-sized companies buy fuel the hard way — fragmented purchases, inconsistent pricing, limited visibility into where their fuel comes from, and little to no leverage when it comes to cost. The result is higher prices, wasted time, and supply they cannot fully trust.
A3 Associates was built to remove that mess entirely.
Our model is built on aggregation and access. We purchase fuel commodities in bulk directly from refineries, Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs), and import-based suppliers — securing the kind of pricing and supply security normally reserved for the largest industrial buyers.
We then pass that advantage down to smaller companies, giving them access to bulk-level discounts on volumes that would never qualify for bulk pricing on their own.
